How Patient Prism Can Track Calls When Your Nain Number Is Dialed
If you would like Patient Prism to analyze calls when your main number is dialed, your main number will have to forward the call to a Patient Prism number.
Our Patient Prism number will then send the call back to your office.
Below are the instructions to configure your main number to forward to Patient Prism:
- The phone company will need to configure a 10-digit number that is an exact copy of your main number
- Make a Call Plan in Patient Prism that will forward to that 10-digit number
- Then, create a tracking phone number in Patient Prism that is associated with the new call plan
- The phone company can then forward the main number to the Patient Prism number created in Step 3
After that is done, when the main number is dialed, it will forward through Patient Prism’s system to allow us to gather the call recording and data.
The goal is to have the calls end up at the same place they are ending up now, but they will first be filtered
though the Patient Prism system.
