If you want to 100% of analyzed calls, remove the filters selected and then click Apply:
If you want to see calls that took place during Business Hours
-These are found in the Manage --> Business Schedule section:
If you want to see weighted calls that are classified as either New or Existing Opportunities
-Click +Add Group and then select Match Any so that the filter knows you want to see calls that are new or existing opportunities. If it said Match All it would only show calls that were new AND existing opportunities.
Since that is not possible, doing a Match All here would not show any calls:
If you want to see weighted calls that were longer than 15 seconds long:
