Once configured, the voice fingerprint feature will allow our system to assign a user to a call based on their voice by extracting the characteristics that distinguish one person's speech from another.
A user must enroll their voice fingerprint to the Patient Prism system to allow this feature to work.
To do so, access your account or the account of the person whose voice you want to register.
A user who is logged in can go to the link below to register their own voice:

✅ How to Enroll (Self-Enrollment)
Follow the below steps to enroll in voice fingerprint:

| 1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen, then select My Profile. |

| 2. In the profile menu, select Voice Fingerprint to open the enrollment page. |

3. Click Start Enrollment to begin the registration process. |
|
| 4. A modal will appear with initial instructions. Click Begin to get started. | |

5. Follow the on-screen instructions so the system can register and learn your voice:
Once complete, click I’m Done. |

6. The system will finalize and save your voice fingerprint. If your voice fingerprint was successfully enrolled, all steps will be marked as complete. |

7. If any steps are missing, you will have to re-enroll by selecting Retry Enrollment. |

👥 How to Enroll a User Without an Email
Users who don’t have a registered email can still be enrolled in Voice Fingerprint — as long as a Manager or Admin completes the setup.

| 1. From the left-hand menu, go to Manage, then select Users. |

| 2. Choose the user account that needs to be enrolled. You can use the search bar at the top-right of the page to find the account. |

3. With the user selected, click Voice Fingerprint from the profile menu. |

Once a user is enrolled, the system will automatically assign future calls to them if their voice is recognized. This helps ensure agent data is accurate even when names are not clearly stated during the call.
