To create your company's business schedules(s) go to Manage --> Business Schedules:

Then, you can either create a new one or edit an existing schedule by clicking on the name.
The business schedule editor contains three sections: Hours of Operation, Holiday Hours and Custom Hours
Hours of Operation
This section allows you to specify what hours the office is open per day of the week.
If the office is closed on a specific day, change the button from "Open" to "Closed" by clicking the button.
Holiday Hours
This section allows you to specify the holidays you will be closed.
When adding, you select the day, and our system will take note of the reoccurring day the following year per holiday.
Custom Hours
This section will be used for setting days as closed for a specific date that is not available in the Holiday Hours section.
For example, if the office is closed on a Friday because the doctor is out, this could be entered here to note that the office calls that day should be After Business Hours.
