A Business Schedule in Patient Prism can be applied to different locations under a company.
It is the system that designates if a call for its assigned location enters our system during or after business hours.
Different trigger settings and filters can change based on the time the call was placed.
For example, if you do not want Not Connected calls that take place after business hours to show up on your reports it would be best to have an accurate Business Schedule set for the location.
You can then filter all reports to show data for only "During Business Hours = Yes" so you can remove any After Business Hours Call data:
